Connecting Rods

Conner Engineering has been producing prototype and production connecting rods since 1964. We have produced more connecting rods for Ford, Chrysler, GM, Honda, Yamaha, Toyota, Harley-Davidson, Polaris, Nissan and Saturn than anyone else in the whole State of Michigan. Any rods you need we can make fit to your requirements from any material and for any application. Some rods we make are only 1 inch tall while others can be up to 9 feet. We make connecting rods from aluminum, forged steels, C70, cast iron, titanium, magnesium, steel billets, and powdered metal. We have produced connecting rods in volumes of 1 to 10,000 per day. We also specialize in manufacturing fractured connecting rods as well.

Engine Blocks

Conner Engineering produces engine blocks of all varieties including in-line, V6 and V8. We are skilled at producing blocks to meet your needs for cylinder honing, cam shafts, crankshafts, piston and con-rod clearances. We can line bore as needed. We have machined blocks from cast iron and aluminum. We can produce the bearing caps as well out of powder metal or cast iron or ductile iron.

Cylinder Heads

Conner Engineering produces automotive cylinder heads. We have the expertise, equipment and tooling in place to provide the requirements necessary for critical features on heads such as the:

Conner Engineering produces automotive, marine and aircraft manifolds. We are skilled at producing spherical joints and flat joints. We can make intake or exhaust manifolds. We have produced manifolds with water jacket applications in addition to the standard automotive variety. We have made them from aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron and ductile iron. We can hold the flatness and microfinish specifications to your exacting requirements. Temperature ports and senor ports are no problem. Pressure testing and Impregnating is no problem.
